Offering a spectacular resort lifestyle, this extraordinary 2,000 sq. ft. Penthouse has everything for a memorable vacation.

Walk into a generous foyer with plenty of closet space, then move into the great room. All wood, post and beam 24 ft. high cathedral ceiling and windows. Two-sided gas fireplace is another focal point situated in the middle of the living room with pool table behind. Contemporary furniture to lounge in while watching the fire, a DVD or stream content to the Google Chromecast on the UHD TV. Kitchen is to one side of the great room with Shaker style cabinets and long breakfast nook, which flows into the dining area that seats 10.

The covered balcony off the living room features a private hot tub and BBQ. Walking past the kitchen you enter the bedroom and bathroom area.

On the left is the main bathroom and 3rd bedroom that sleeps 5, on the right is the Master bedroom with another gas fireplace, ensuite with steam shower and high vaulted ceiling. Carry on to the guest suite that sleeps 5 with private ensuite and full bathtub, and its very own private entrance plus another private balcony. This Penthouse is for those who love a luxury lifestyle.

OUR HOME COMES EQUIPPED with the following amenities for our guests: fresh linens and bedding, fresh towels for every guest, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, hair dryers, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid, an assortment of common spices, salt and pepper. WE DO NOT SUPPLY perishables, coffee, tea, sugar, butter or cooking oil. We had a lovely stay in this condo! it was the perfect fit for 2 families with adult children. The condo is well appointed with every amenity (i gave four stars as the ice maker in the fridge did not function and there wasn't a martini shaker lol) The fireplace was brilliant and just topped off that mountain residence ambiance. We enjoyed wonderful views from the hot tub day and night. The bathrooms were prefectly equipped with makeup cloths and ample towels/facecloths. Having shampoo and body wash was a pleasant addition. We enjoyed the TV apps that were available to us as well. The storage locker outside the door was a nice size and easily fit 5 boards/skis. The master bedroom was enormous and incredibly comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay, the complimentary bottle of local wine and chocolate was very kind and appreciated! We stocked up on Quails Gate wine at the airport! High recommendation of this property and look forward to staying again.

This suite was such a joy to stay in. Not only was it directly on the ski run but perfect for our family. The decor and furnishings were first class. The kitchen had everything you could want. Lots of blankets and bedding in the bedrooms with comfortable beds! Washrooms had lots of towels and extra facecloths. Fireplaces were a bonus. Will definitely stay here again if we can. Thanks to the people who own this to allow such a great place to be rented out.

The apartment was perfect for 2 families with small children....(4 adults, 3 children) Everything you need is provided! Wonderfully warm and cosy place. Communication with Allura & Luxury rentals was extremely quick and reliable & they were very attentive when we reported damage to kitchen appliance. Great location for Happy Valley and access to Gondola to get to the village. Would return to stay here again in a heartbeat!

He helped us with a last minute reservation, and was so incredible to deal with. This place is spectacular. We come every year. It’s the nicest penthouse. Great location.
