This generous two-bedroom suite with a well-planned layout, elegant décor, and quality finishing, offers unparalleled private amenities. A King in Master bedroom, a Single over Queen bunk in second bedroom and a Queen sofa bed in the living area. 

Many extras including hardwood flooring heated throughout the unit. Heated bathroom floors and a steam shower in the master bath. Enjoy your private hot tub overlooking Happy Valley after a fun day on the slopes. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including fridge with filtered water and ice maker, Entertainment options include a Polk Audio Bluetooth Sound bar paired with a UHD 50" 4K TV in the living room. Also, HD TV's in both the master bedroom and bunk room. The unit has wireless Internet, cable TV, and a Heat Recovery Ventilation System. The Timbers is a true ski-in/ski-out property. Common amenities include heated underground parking, ski lockers in separate boot room, fitness room, games room with and an elevator from car garage to each floor.

Very nice condo with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms included plenty of toiletries/amenities. A nice bottle of wine was set out for us on arrival. The kids really liked the games room on the property, and the ski in/out was very convenient.

I would note that although the condo is numbered in the 100s and the entrance is on the main floor, the balcony is actually one level up so it is not at ground level. We really liked this as the hot tub was above ground level and we had a much better view than expected!

Our two very minor suggestions are to add a laundry drying rack, and that a later check-out time than 10:00 am would be preferable to give some extra time on leaving day.

We have stayed at the Timbers many times before and love the property and location. It is true ski-in, ski-out. This unit has beautiful big windows and lots of sunshine. It was the perfect size for our family of four and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Amazing! 5 Stars plus!. Wonderful place, excellent location! WE enjoyed relaxing and looking out of the large windows watching the gondola and all of the happy kids and adults having fun in the snow! The Property was very well stocked, It had everything we needed plus extra of most things in the kitchen .Super clean. The photos on line are good, but the space is amazing! We highly recommend it !

Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube park, x-country ski trails, snowshoe trails, snowmobile rentals, ice climbing tower, restaurants, bar and cafeteria. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the Village center ski lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Happy Valley Way right to the Timbers door!
