This condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The layout is great, with a large living area and three large bedrooms, and the location is ideal for both ski-in/ski-out and getting to the upper village via the gondola. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. We appreciated having access to the building's game and fitness rooms as not everyone in our group was skiing and our 5-year-old skied only half days.

We would definitely book this unit, or another one in Timbers, again.

EVERYONE had a fabulous time! Beds were comfortable and living area spacious. We LOVED the big dining table for meals and games. Also the games room was a highlight playing Ping Pong and Pool/billiards. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay in 301 again! Timbers location for ski in/out and access to Snowshoe trails is top notch. Thank you LMVR for a memorable stay.

Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube park, cross country ski trails, snowshoe trails, snowmobile rentals, restaurants, bar and cafeteria. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the Village center ski lifts, restaurants, shops and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Happy Valley Way right to the Timbers door!

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
