From start to finish, the whole experience was wonderful! The booking system was very user friendly and the pricing was excellent for the unit. Once we were booked we were kept up to date with emails/text messages about our upcoming stay which made for a stress free check in!
Once we got checked in to the unit, we really felt like home. With 4 adults and 4 kids we wanted a place that had space but also felt homey and this place nailed it. It has top notch amenities and was a pleasure to stay at. The access to the unit from the hill was fantastic where you could ski right in and it was a quick 2 min walk to access the Gondola at Happy Valley. We preferred staying closer to the valley as we could walk to the tube park and ski rink!
We ran into a small question on our trip and reached our via email after hours, to get a response within minutes. They had a solution for us and really went the extra mile to ensure our trip was perfect. Thanks again, we look forward to coming back again!!
