Welcome to our home at Riverside Mountain Village (Business License #002197). Our property is located beside the Elk River. The Fernie Alpine Resort, Fernie Golf & Country Club, and downtown Fernie are minutes away. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful views. The main view to the south west is a panoramic view of the ski hill and Lizard Range of the Rocky Mountains. The view to the north and east is of the beautiful Elk River with parkland and tall trees on the opposite side of the river with mountains in the background.
Our property consists of an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 bathrooms, balcony (with BBQ) and in-suite laundry. The living room has a TV, DVD Player and Cable and the lock-off bedroom and loft also have TVs and cable. Our home also has free wireless internet. Three of us stayed here for our annual fishing trip. This condo was perfect for us - plenty of space inside, easy to find, easy to park (we had a drift boat, too), and everything was in great condition. Since it was 90F+ during the day it would heat up a bit inside, but Paul let us know you could open the front and back door and the place would cool down in a couple minutes.
Speaking of Paul, he was prompt, polite, and made sure to cover all the details such that we had zero questions during our 5-night stay. This place was a great deal.

Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Guests Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
