Driving Instructions to the Resort: ========================= From Vancouver: 4 1/2 hours of driving time to Sun Peaks Resort Take Hwy #1 towards Hope and then take Hwy #5 (Coquihalla Hwy, toll road) until you reach Kamloops. As you come down the hill into Kamloops, watch for the Hwy #5 North exit to Jasper Take this exit and continue driving 15 minutes on Hyw #5N (now Yellowhead Hwy) towards Jasper and then exit to the right at Heffley Creek, where a big blue signage outlines the directions to Sun Peaks Resort. Drive up the mountain road for approx 30 minutes until you reach Sun Peaks Ski Resort. From Seattle: 5 1/2 hours driving time to Sun Peaks Resort Take the I-5 North to Bellingham, exit on Meridian Street, heading North-East towards the Sumas Border Crossing and follow Hwy #1 towards Hwy #5, the Coquihalla Highway (Toll Hwy) which will take you straight to Kamloops. As you come downt he hill into Kamloops, watch for the Hwy #5 North exit to Jasper Take this exit and continue driving 15 minutes on Hyw #5N (now Yellowhead Hwy) towards Jasper and then exit to the right at Heffley Creek, where a big blue signage outlines the directions to Sun Peaks Resort. Take the exit to Hwy #5 North towards Jasper. Continue driving 15 minutes on Hwy #5 N (Yellowhead) towards Jasper. Then exit on the right at Heffley Creek, where a big blue signage outlines the directions to Sun Peaks Resort. Drive up the mountain road for approx 30 minutes until you reach Sun Peaks Ski Resort. From international connections: you can fly into either Kamloops or Kelowna and book a shuttle through the Sun Peaks Resort website which will collect you from your flight and deliver you right to our condo. Getting To Our Home Once you Get to the Resort-----------------------------------------------------------------If driving:Once at Sun Peaks, drive past the Village Day Lodge on your left, past the main Village hotels until you reach the Stop sign at a T-intersection (Sports Centre ahead). Turn right onto Valley Drive and proceed up the hill until you cross over the skiers underpass. Then on your right are the Stones Throw condos. Your two carparks are located in the second underground parkade, reserved and numbered 54. Entry to the garage is on the left hand side, towards the end of the condos and just prior to the entry to Settlers Crossing. Exit the carpark almost opposite where you parked, taking the middle flight of steps and turn left outside at the top. Walk approx 75 yds - 54 Stones Throw is on the left hand side, just past condo number 47, and up a short entry flight of steps. (The numbering is confusing - don't be surprised to see number 45 is right beside us on the ground level) If coming by shuttle:Please ask the driver to deliver you to the upper middle drop-off zone at Stones Throw, just in front of the Stones Throw building furthest back from the road. They can drive up to this area taking the drive on the left, just prior to the second underground garage and Settlers Crossing driveway. You will then have been dropped off in front of our condo which is in this building and overlooks this area. Standing and looking at the back building, walk around the left hand side of it to the back corner; turn right to our entry (about 10 yds) which is up a short entry flight of steps. The distance from the drop off zone is approx 50 yds.
