Upon arrival, a large covered entrance greets you with exclusive in-floor heating (found throughout the home), a large storage closet and access to the heated garage. The car garage offers secure storage for one vehicle and all your snow, bike and golf equipment. Additional parking is available in front of the home, along with visitor parking.
The spacious, thoughtfully designed, open concept main level is perfect for entertaining your family and friends! The main level features hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and expansive windows throughout. The kitchen, which is open to both the dining and living rooms, has custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances (with ice & water dispensers), and a large island with seating built for four. The dining area seats six. A convenient powder room and patio, with a 6-seater hot tub and BBQ, are also located on this level. Relax and take in the breathtaking views of Tod and Morrisey Mountains from the custom sofa with a memory foam, queen-size pullout bed.
On the top level you will find three bedrooms which feature 100% cotton linens and down alternative comforters & pillows to promote a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom offers unobstructed mountain views, a king-size bed, private ensuite with double vanity, flatscreen television and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and views of the golf course while the third bedroom has a twin over double-bunk bed. You will also find a large main bathroom with a bathtub and full-sized washer & dryer on this level.
