Welcome to this new, 837 sq. ft., ground one level alpine home!

Upon arrival, a large covered entrance greets you with exclusive in-floor heating (found throughout the home), a large storage closet and access to the heated garage (92 inches clearance). The car garage offers secure storage for one vehicle and all your snow, bike and golf equipment. Additional parking is available in front of the home, along with visitor parking. 

The thoughtfully designed, open concept main level is perfect for entertaining your family and friends! The main are features a gas fireplace, and expansive windows. The modern kitchen opens to the living room, has custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances (with ice & water dispensers), and a large island with seating for four. Relax and take in the breathtaking views of Tod and Morrisey Mountains from the custom sofa with a memory foam, queen-size pullout bed or in the 5-seater hot tub on the balcony. 

Both bedrooms offer unobstructed mountain and golf course views and feature 100% cotton linens and down alternative comforters & pillows to promote a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private ensuite, flat screen television and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. There is also a full-sized washer & dryer.
