As you enter the home you will be pleasantly surprised by the open and spacious living area which combining the living, dining and kitchen areas with plenty of bright open views out the expansive bank of windows. This is a great area to entertain your group with access to a large deck off the dining room with modern electronics, gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings and a private BBQ on a large deck. The lower floor hosts the King bedroom, Queen bedroom & the Bunk bedroom/2nd entertainment room. Both the King & Bunk rooms have ensuites and the 3rd full bathroom is a shared bathroom on the same floor. The large and unique bunk room also has an entertaining area with plenty of seating, electric fireplace and a TV. All three bedrooms have easy access to the private hot tub located on the same floor. You will find a 3rd entertaining area with a small sofa & TV on this floor along with your laundry machines. Enjoy gathering with your guests in this amazing townhome which is well suited for entertaining a large group.
Ski access is directly out the back door onto a ski run!
