This newly built 3 bedroom condo at the new SPYGLASS development in Happy Valley with a private hot tub. The home is situated right next to Happy Valley which is where all the fun happens for families! You're a 3 minute walk to the gondola, the ice skating rink, tubing, fire pits and the bunny hill for children. You also will have the best view of the fireworks that happen throughout the winter season! Spend less time walking around and enjoy everything that Big White has to offer!
The space
Welcome to the newly built family friendly 3 bedroom townhome on the mountain!
-Master bedroom there is 1 king bed , with a closet and a private bathroom with a stand up steam shower
-Second bedroom has a king bed with one closet
-Third bedroom has 1 queen bed, with a double over single bunk bed
-The kitchen is fully loaded with all utensils, bowls, plates, cups, mugs ,pots, pans, kettle, coffee pot, microwave and much more!
-The living room has a couch, chairs and plenty of room and also features a cozy fireplace and smart TV
-The main bathroom has a tub and shower
-The dinning area has a large table and can seat 8. There is also 4 bar stools at the kitchen island
-There is 1 ski locker for your ski equipment
**This place will have a brand new HOT TUB for the 2024/25 winter season**
Unfortunately this place is not dog friendly and will only sleep 8 adults comfortably and 9 people including kids. This is also a non-smoking place inside the unit or on the balcony. Thanks!

Guests have access to the entire townhouse. Private entrance and a shared garage with parking for one vehicle. Large trucks will not fit in the garage. Guests are able to enter the garage and the house via smart lock. You will also have access to a ski locker (which is next to the front door) and a private hot tub.
