The living space boasts of a bright and open concept in all areas. The beautiful wood floor is from a reclaimed sunken ship! It has a HUGE gourmet kitchen that has a built-in coffee machine, a wine fridge, new appliances, a large heated island top, and every small appliance & accessory you could want. All kitchen necessities are provided including spices, cooking oils, teas, and hot chocolate. There is also a full second kitchen downstairs by the bar in the games room. The dining table has expandable seats for up to 16 people.
There are 2 huge primary suites upstairs with their own private bathrooms & theatre sound systems. One has a full steam shower & a beautiful electric fireplace. All the bedrooms are spacious and bright. There are 5 full bathrooms. All bedding and towels are provided.
This luxury property is a quick 2-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in the main village at Big White. You can go enjoy coffee, a glass of wine, or dinner and walk back to the house within minutes. The property is VERY close to the village and all amenities. In fact about 120 yards from the main village which gives great access to summer events (e.g., mountain biking, outdoor movie night) and to winter festivities. The location at Big White is second to none. This property is a true ski-in/ski-out ski chalet.
The secure heated garage has parking for 2 medium vehicles plus there is space on the driveway & road for 2 more vehicles.
Summer & Winter Amenities:
Big White boasts of over twenty-five feet of "Big White Champagne Powder" each year. There are a ton of winter activities, music, horse-drawn sleigh, snowmobile tours, tubing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, skating rink, weekly fireworks & more!
Hiking & Biking:
Big White officially began constructing a world-class, lift-serviced mountain biking experience. The grand opening for their initial runs was in August of 2017. The endless runs are amazing and they are starting to hold some world-class events.
The trails have been master-planned by the industry's best. The authentic, grassroots biking adventure is available at ALL biking levels, for enduro, downhill, and freeride experiences.
Family flow trails provide feature-rich learning environments, encouraging controlled trail speed. Expert and pro-level trails, though, are available to more experienced, more competitive, more aggressive riders.
All this while staying at one of the most incredible and spectacular places on the mountain!

If you are driving towards Big White, you are turning left on White Horse Lane which is directly underneath the where the Gondola first goes across the road. (Note: The Gondola’s may be removed for a short time durning summer maintenance). Follow that road up to Rock Ridge Road which is a sharp turn to the right at the top of Whitehorse Lane. #80 Rock Ridge Road is at the end end.
