This custom new build is just about ready for our first guests! The Chalet has been meticulously designed with every comfort and convivence in mind to ensure guests enjoy the best of what Big White has to offer. As you enter into the Chalet you are greeted by an expanse of floor to ceiling views of the valley below. The open concept floorplan avails amazing views and an incredible entertaining floor plan with a huge gourmet kitchen, a unique centerpiece fireplace, living room, dining room and wet bar. This space opens onto the large deck with a 6 person hot tub and BBQ to round out the main floor. The kitchen is a Chef's dream! High end appliances, two massive countertops with bar seating, 5 burner gas cooktop, hammered copper custom sink, wall oven with a warming drawer and convection microwave. Every possible garget you could ever need to prepare amazing meals for friends and family.

Above the main floor you will find a cozy but spacious loft which boasts a 65" HD TV and entertainment system and plenty of comfortable seating. In this space there's a secret spot for kids to hand out almost like a built in fort! You will also find a workstation space if you need to catch up on anything quickly while enjoying your holiday. The loft is open to the main floor below and plenty to natural light and views are equally as amazing.

The next floor down you will find the Master Bedroom with it's huge ensuite. The bedroom boasts a King bed with the same amazing views of the valley below, a separate deck and huge ensuite. The ensuite has a very large dual vanity, custom imported Copper Soaker Tub, steam shower/rain shower all finished in marble with heated flooring throughout.

The 2nd bedroom on this floor is also a King with it's own ensuite. Also very spacious bedroom & bathroom. The bathroom has dual vanities, shower, walk in closet and heated floors throughout.

One more floor below is a special area well suited for kids and adults. This was build as a second suite but is currently open as a secondary entertaining area with a large lining room with plenty of seating to catch the game or a movie on the 65" HD TV. In this entreating area there is also a full fridge, convection microwave, wet bar and a dishwasher. This lower floor also offers a Queen bedroom and a Bunkroom each with their own bathrooms. As with every floor in the house all the floors in bedrooms and bathrooms are heated. This lower floor also is a 2nd ski access to the cat track right outside the door! Ski and board storage, heated boot and glove racks in the entrance to the ski access.

Also on the lower floor on the deck outside will be a Sauna which is to be installed this spring. Details to come!

There is also the 1st floor ski access from the 2 car garage. In the heated garage you will also find ski and board racks, boot and glove dryers and equipment storage. There is also parking outside in the carport for an additional 3 vehicles.

Excessive Cleaning:
